What we build
Our flagship, Odello, is a multi-agent AI system that runs the most manual part of a distribution business: taking and processing orders. Orders arrive through the channels customers already use — WhatsApp, email, PO PDFs — and Odello reads each one, answers product and pricing queries, issues quotations, and turns every order into a confirmed, validated sales order in your existing ERP, with no manual keying. It escalates only exceptions to a person.
We sit on top of existing systems rather than replacing them — ERP-agnostic, integrating via API — and we are not a low-code wrapper: a proprietary model-optimisation layer orchestrates multiple AI models per task, selecting for speed, accuracy and reliability, so performance holds in production.
